政府信用是政府管理对象对政府行为及其能力的信任度 ,是整个社会信用体系的核心。当前政府存在着突出的信用缺失现象 ,直接影响了政府的形象和公共管理的效能 ,必须加强政府信用的建设 。

The governmental credit is a sort of creditable level of the management object over governmental action and ability. It is the core in the whole social credit system. Now there exists the loss of credit in the government, which influences the government images and the efficiency of public management. We must strengthen our governmental credit and lay a solid creditable foundation for the construction of a relatively well off society.
