需要产生动机 ,再由动机推动并维持行为 ,以实现目标 ,这是激励的心理学基础 ;实验表明经激励的行为与未经激励的行为效果大不相同 ,激励是现代以人为中心管理的核心 ;

Psychologically, stimulation is to create motives when demanded and to promote and maintain the action when needed. Experiment findings have shown the great difference resulting from the action stimulated with motivation and without it. In the man centered modern management system, motivation is the core, and how to stimulate motivation is the guarantee of high efficiency management.
