抗幽门螺杆菌羊奶的制备及体内外对幽门螺杆菌作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 制备高效价的抗H pylori多克隆免疫羊奶 ,口服被动免疫 ,以达到根除H pylori感染的目的。方法 用全体活H pylori作为抗原 ,免疫健康奶羊 ,获得抗H pylori的多克隆免疫羊奶 ;体外与一定量胃液和H pylori菌液混合 ,作用 1、3h再培养 ,体内实验将此种免疫羊奶 7d7次灌胃已感染H pylori的大鼠 ,4、6周后分批处死大鼠 ,进行尿素酶试验与H pylori分离培养。 结果 用双向琼脂扩散法测得免疫羊奶最高效价达到了 1∶ 32。此种免疫羊奶在体外能够抑杀H pylori,感染大鼠经治疗后尿素酶试验与细菌分离培养阴转率达到了 10 0 %。 结论 所制备的免疫羊奶具有多克隆性和很高的效价 ;口服此种免疫羊奶可能是治疗H Aim To prepare anti H pylori immune goat milk in order to eradicate H pylori infection Methods The whole active H pylori as immunogen,goats were immunized and the polyclonal immune goat milk to H pylori was obtained The immune goat milk was administered to H pylori infected mice by oral route,4 and 6 weeks later,the mice were killed and tested for H pylori culture and uraes activity;in vitro,mixing immune goat milk,H pylori and gastric juice,after 1,3h re culturing H pylori Results With doubled agar diffusion detection,the titer of antibody was 1∶32 The immune goat milk could kill H pylori in vitro The elimination rate of H pylori infection of mice was 100% Conclusion The prepared immune goat milk against H pylori has good polyclonal specificity and high antibody titeration;oral use the immune goat milk may be an effective way to cure H pylori infection
