摘要
语用学虽然是一门年轻的学科 ,但其思想史却源远流长。在古代中国 ,特别是春秋战国时期 ,语用学思想就相当丰富 ,如《易经》,诸子百家的“辩学”、“名学”、“表达和释义理论”以及“谬误论”等中都具有丰富的语用学思想。欧洲的原始语用学也是语用学思想史的一个重要组成部分 ,它突出地体现在洛克、康德、洪堡特、维特根斯坦等哲人的思想中。美国哲学中的实用主义运动是催生语用学的主要因素 ;皮尔斯、詹姆士、杜威、莫里斯等哲学家的思想中都孕育着语用学思想。
Pragmatics is a new branch of linguistics, but its thoughts have a long history. In ancient China, particularly in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, there were plenty of pragmatic thoughts, for instance, in Yijing, in Zhuzibaijia's 'bianxue', 'mingxue', 'theory of expression and interpretation', and 'theory of errors' are full of pragmatic thoughts. Protopragmatics in Europe is also one of the important components of the history of pragmaic thoughts, which is prominantly reflected in Locke's, Kant's, Humboldt's and Wittgenstein's thoughts. The pragmatic movement in American philosophy is the main factor that hastens the birth of pragmatics. The thoughts of Peirce, James, Dewey and Morris are pregnant with pragmatic thoughts.
