摘要
本论文主要参照 Stern的第二语言教学一般模式对近 5年来 7种外语类核心期刊有关大学英语教学模式和教学法的论文及其参考文献进行了统计和分类。对挑选出来的 71篇论文及其 5 0 7篇中英文参考文献的分类结果的分析显示目前我国对这一领域的研究存在着 :对国外二语教学理论和实际操作方法直接移植导致的“食洋不化”,对教学模式的研究违反应用语言学多科性特点和缺乏层次性这三方面的问题。论文接着运用教学设计理论 ,系统论等学科知识提出了 :明确教学模式的定义和它在大学英语教学系统中的位置 ,建立具有中国特色的外语教育语言学、明确教学模式设计的学科定位和层次定位等相应的对应措施。
The author of this thesis first made a survey of the papers which concern the English teaching models (or methods)in China and appear on the seven important language teaching periodicals in the last five years.The 71 papers that fall within the scope with their 507 references were all classified mainly in the light of Stern's General Model of Second Language Teaching. The analysis of the classification shows that three major problems exist in the research in the field: to blindly copy the theories and practice of the second language learning and teaching;to falsely base the research solely on TESL theory and to mix the models of different kinds and on different levels. The author then, based on instructional design theory and general system theory, comes up with such countermeasures as: to explicate the concept of teaching model and its function in the college English teaching system,to establish an educational linguistics theory with Chinese features, to make clear which discipline the teaching model design falls into and to focus the teaching model research on a specific level.
