On Foreign Language Teaching and Learning Based on Cognitive Science

摘要 认知的功能能够解释人的信息加工过程。本文在综述认知科学最基本特点的基础上 ,以阅读理解为分析案例 ,审视了认知科学视野中阅读理解问题 ,并探讨了认知科学与外语教学的关系。 The function of cognitive science can explain the process of information. Based on summary of the basic characters of cognitive science, the paper looks into reading comprehension based on analysing the case of reading. The relations between cognitive science and foreign language teaching and learning are also dealt with in the paper.
