幼女及青春期卵巢肿瘤——附53例分析

Ovarian Tumor in Children and Adolescents——an Analysis of 53 Cases

对53例18岁以下幼女、青春期卵巢肿瘤进行回顾性分析。该年龄(?)卵巢肿瘤的特点是以生殖细胞肿瘤多见,病程短,肿瘤生长快。53例中良性卵巢肿瘤25例,恶性肿瘤28例。本组良性肿瘤多行尽量保留卵巢功能的术式。恶性卵巢肿瘤则采取以手术为主的综合治疗,5年生存率为40.0％。文中对手术方式及预后的影响因素等问题进行了探讨。

Fifty three cases of ovarian tumor in children and adolescents were analyzed retrospectively. Most of the tumors belonged to germ cells. of 53 cases,25(47. 2%) were benign and 28(52.8%)were malignant. All patients were treated by surgery and those with malignant tumor had additional postoperative chemotherapy. The 5-year survival rate was 40.0% in malignant tumor Diagnosis, differential diagnosis, mode or resection and Prognostic factors were discussed.
