摘要
在简析现代高技术条件下局部战争主要特征的基础上,大胆提出了:①在非接触式战争中作战主体的体质、体能正在逐步从战斗力的直接构成因素中分离,已不再是构成战斗力的决定性因素之一;②体质、体能正在根据需要不断地进行着内部粗化和细分,对作战主体的要求趋于两极分化;③体质、体能正在由过去战斗力的直接构成因素,向着作为更加充分发挥战斗力的载体转移等观点。并依此背景和思路,阐述了我国军事体育发展战略的相关思考。
On the basis of brief introduction of the main characteristics of Modern High-tech War, this paper puts forward the following personal viewpoints on the main combat part in forthcoming non-body contact war, i. e. firstly physical fitness is gradually seceded from the direct formation of combat capacity and no longer the decisive factor of it, secondly physical fitness is continuously in the process of segmentation, and thirdly physical fitness is being transferred to the medium which fully brings combat capacity into play, and then expounds the relevant thoughts on how to formulate the development strategy of military sports in China.
