摘要
通过对首届“大印象”全国大学生健身健美操明星大赛现场观摩和分析录像资料以及面访多位专家,总结出本次比赛在动作编排、音乐选择、服装搭配等方面的成果,分析存在的问题,旨在进一步促进今后健身健美操的发展。
Through watching the live show of the 1st great impression Aerobics Competition and studiying its video as well as interviewing many experts, I found out the achievements of movement arrangement, musical choice and costume decign in the competition and the aspects that need improving so as to give the aerobics a push.
