摘要
逐级法改变了体育教学长期对学生进行单一的知识技能传习的传统思维方式,有效扭转学生喜欢运动而不喜欢上体育课的局面,激励学生“我要锻炼、我要学习”,有效地提高技术水平与运动能力,培养学生公平竞争、合作创新、终身体育等方面能力,有利于全面推进素质教育。
This paper analyzes the effect of progressive gradation on the teaching of table tennis through questionnaires & comparative experiments. The results indicate that P. G is effective in Changing the traditional practice which focuses on the unitary instruction and acquisition of know - - - how knowledge, creating and promoting students' interest in physical education, and eventually achieving the purpose of helping students improve their abilities in competition and cooperation and skills in sports. It is suggested that Progressive Gradation should be adopted in physical education so as to in crease the effectiveness of physical training and shorten the distance between the teaching practice and the teaching object.
