摘要
游泳教学是部队一项重要的训练课目之一。通过研究游泳与心理的关系,着重阐述了心理训练在游泳教学中的运用,从而达到提高训练效果和心理素质的目的。
Swimming teaching is one of the important training courses in the army. The paper studies the relations between swimming and psychology, and it emphasize on the application of the psychological training in the course of swimming teaching so as to improve the training quality of learner's psychological quality.
