摘要 研究目的:探讨不同身体素质的大学生在运动过程中中性粒细胞吞噬功能的变化。研究方法:利用微量全血化学发光法,在运动过程中对86名在校男大学生进行中性粒细胞吞噬功能测定。研究结果表明,在运动过程中,中性粒细胞吞噬功能明显增强,且身体素质较好组增强幅度大于身体素质一般组,其差异有显著性意义。建议学校及有关部门应重视对大学生身体素质培养和监测。 It is known that sports influence the change of our Phagocylosis of Neutral Leucocytes. Having done research on 86 college students of different physical quality in this respect by means of micro - whole blood chemiluminescence, the authors found that in the course of sports activity, the phagocylosis of neutral leucocytes was strengthened greatly, and that the phagocylosis of students of good physical quality was more strengthened by a big margin than those of poor physical quality. Hence, the related organizations of the school should attach importance to the cultivation and observation of the physical quality of college students.
