The prosperity of socialist market economy, the deepening of reform and the implementation ot the op-pening - up policy must be based on the overall improvement of ideologies and theories of leaders. The leaders at all levels should improve their command of Marxism, establish proper philosophy of life and receive further education in theories regularly.
