指出由于稀土资源在传统产业和新型产业中的大量应用而决定了它在国民经济中的重要地位。分析了辽宁稀土产业的沿革、发展现状,展望了辽宁稀土产业发展的未来前景。提出了引导稀土产业向高水平、规模化发展,实现强强联合,组建高新技术企业,以发展第三代永磁材料钕铁硼为核心,把稀土发光、荧光材料作为特色,进而形成产业链,以带动全省稀土行业的整体发展,以及把上下游对接作为未来稀土产业发展的重点,促进科研、生产有机结合,建立完善的稀土市场信息引导机制的战略设想。

The thesis has analyzed the applicable value of rare earth resources in traditional and new products and traced the evolution, development and present status of Liaoning's rare earth industry with a view toward its promising trends in the future. It is suggested that the application of rare earth should be directed toward highlevel, largescale production and toward merges of strong enterprises and integration of hightech enterprises. It should focus on the third generation of permanent magnetism materialNdFeB and specializes in rare earth after glowpigment and photoluminescent coating material do the distinguishing feature parts. The coupling of upper and lower course in trade is the trend, incorporating of research and product making guide mechanism of rare earth information more effective could be the strategy thinking.
