摘要
荷兰法院对体育案件的管辖权受到用尽内部救济原则的限制。对于体育行会的内部裁决,荷兰法院可以进行司法审查。荷兰足协有一套具有特色的、为荷兰法律所承认其效力的球员转会纠纷处理机制。
The jurisdiction of the Netherlands courts on sports cases are limited by the principle of exhaustion of internal remedies. Otherwise , the Netherlands court can use their power of judicial review on the internal d ecisions of the sports associations. The Netherlands Football Association has it s own special players transfer dispute resolution system that is accepted by the law of Netherlands.
