摘要
对几种真空蒸发装置进行了比较,推出了一种新型真空蒸发冷却装置,通过实例证明该真空蒸发冷却装置具有节能降耗、操作方便、运行平稳等优点。
This paper makes comparison of several kinds of vacuum evaporating equipment, introduces a kind of vacuum evaporating-cooling equipment, and testifies that the vacuum evaporating-cooling equipment has the merits of energy saving and consumption reducing, convenient and smooth operation by using actual example.
