本文主要介绍了利用联合工艺法来精制氢气,并叙述了超纯氢气净化器的工作原理、吸附剂的选择和装置流程。
A united craft for producting ultra-pure hydrogen was introduced in this paper.the principle,flow chart and the selection of the cryabsorbents were described.
