This paper briefly introduces the situation of water resource in Yaodu District, demonstrates systematically the development and utilization of water resources and a series of biological changes caused by it, and puts forward that struggling target must be definite and some efficient measures must be adopted in order to ensure the health and stable development of the economy of Yaodu District.
