水环境问题日益受到重视,已成为经济和社会发展的制约因素。文章通过对忻州市水环境问题产生的原因及危害的分析,提出了改善水环境,促进可持续发展的对策。

The problem of water environment, which is to carry weight day by day, has become the restricting factor for the development of economy and society. Through the analysis on the causes and the harms of the problem of water environment of Xinzhou City, this paper puts forward some countermeasures of improving water environment and promoting sustainable development.
