静态微分电位溶出法测定尿铅含量初探

摘要 目的 探讨静态微分电位溶出法 (静态DPSA)测定尿铅含量的可行性。方法 对 46例健康成人尿铅含量进行初评性实验。结果 标准品的铅含量在 0 .0 1~ 0 .2 5 μg范围内 ,溶出峰高与含量呈良好线性 ,回归方程为 y =5 90 .3 0x +0 .0 2 ,r =0 .9997;精密度 :S =0 .2 4~ 3 .67,CV =1.3 1%~ 4.94% ;检测下限为 0 .0 0 48μmol/L ;准确度 :回收率为 88.0 0 %~ 10 4.10 % ,平均回收率 95 .5 7%。 46例健康成人尿铅含量范围为 0 .0 0 0~ 0 .14 9μmol/L(0 .0 0~ 3 0 .87μg/L)。 结论 该法测定尿铅操作简便、快速。 Objective To study the feasibility of Mensuration of lead content in urine by DPSA Method To conduct first trial on the lead content in urine of 46 samples of healthy adults Result The lead content of proof sample ranged from 0.01~0.25μg, good linearities of the dissolved peak height and lead content were demonstrated, regression equation y=590.30x+0.02r=0.9997; degree of precision: S=0.24~3.67,CV =1.31%~4.94%;lower limit of detection: 0.0048μmol/L;accuracy: recovery: 88.00%~104.10%,average recovery: 95.57%, the urinary lead of the 46 healthy adults ranged: 0.000~1.149μmol/L(0.00~30.87μg/L). Conclusion Easy and simply to handle, the method is of celerity and nicety for urinary lead detection.
