On the Divorcing Damages System of Our Country

文章就我国离婚损害赔偿制度的构成要件、构成要件内涵之缺陷、离婚损害赔偿制度适用范围之缺陷等方面对我国的离婚制度作了一个比较系统的研究和探讨,提出了自己的一些看法和见解。

This paper makes a systematic study of the divorce system of our country from the aspects of the constituents of the divorcing damages system, the deficits of their implications and the deficits of its application scope. The author also puts forward some views of his own in this paper.
