摘要 目的 :探讨低频交变磁场对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 :用不同强度的 5 0Hz交变磁场作用于小鼠 ,2h d ,10d后检测腹腔内巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力和刀豆蛋白A(conA)对T淋巴细胞的刺激指数。结果 :5 0Hz的交变磁场能够非常显著地提高巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数 (P <0 .0 1) ,15mT的磁场能够增强conA对T淋巴细胞的刺激指数 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :低频交变磁场能增强机体的细胞免疫功能。 Objective: To study the influence of the low frequency time-varying magnetic field on cellar immunity function in mice. Methods:50Hz time-varying magnetic field was used in mice,2 times each day for 1 hour.After 10 days, the ability of macrophage phagocytose chicken red cells in the abdomen and the stimulation index of concanavalin A to T lymphocytes were determined. Results: The percentages and indexes of phagocytosis of macrophages were obviously increased (P<0.01); The stimulation index of concanavalin A to T lymphocytes was enhanced by 15mT magnetic field (P<0.05). Conclusion: Low frequency time-varying magnetic field can promote cellular immunity function in mice.
