Problems and Suggestions on Application of Gas Supply Technology Using Small Propane Storage Tanks

介绍小型丙烷储罐供气技术的发展概况,以及该供气方式的系统构成,从国家标准符合性、特种设备安全监察、设备产品标准、安全运行管理角度分析制约该技术在我国应用的关键问题。从建立和完善供气系统标准体系、落实带泵汽车罐车应用许可、加强气源保障研究、规定和限制供气装置设置的环境条件、理顺团体标准与国家标准的关系方面提出促进该供气技术发展的建议。

The development overview of gas supply technology using small propane tanks as well as the system composition of this gas supply mode are introduced.The key problems restricting the application of this technology in China are analyzed from the aspects of national standard conformity,special equipment safety supervision,equipment product standard and safe operation management.The suggestions for promoting the development of this gas supply technology are put forward,including establishing and improving the standard system of gas supply system,implementing the application license of tank truck with pump,strengthening the research on gas source guarantee,stipulating and limiting the environmental conditions for the installation of gas supply devices,and straightening out the relationship between group standards and national standards.
