摘要
目的 探讨不同水平 +Gz 暴露对大鼠记忆功能和行为的影响。 方法 2 4只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、+6Gz 组和 +10Gz 组 3组 ,每组 8只。 +Gz 暴露大鼠分别进行 +6Gz 3min和 +10Gz 3min暴露 ,记录 +Gz 暴露后不同时间大鼠记忆功能和行为的变化。 结果 与对照组比较 ,+10Gz 组大鼠反应时在 +Gz 暴露后即刻和 2d时显著延长 (P <0 .0 1) ,错误次数及错误时间在+Gz暴露后 6h时显著增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,中央格内停留时间在 +Gz 暴露后即刻、6h和 1d时显著延长 (P <0 .0 1) ,站立次数和跨格次数则在 +Gz 暴露后即刻和 2d时显著减少 (P <0 .0 1) ;而 +6Gz 组大鼠仅站立次数在 +Gz 暴露后即刻和 2d时较对照组显著减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,其余指标均无显著性差异。 结论 +10Gz 3min暴露可引起暂时性大鼠记忆功能降低和行为改变。
Objective To explore the effect of +G z exposure of different magnitudes on memory and behavior in rats. Methods Twenty four male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group,+6 G z and +10 G z groups. The rats of +G z groups were exposed to +6 G z and +10 G z for 3 min respectively. The memory and behavior in rats were measured before and after +G z exposures. Results As compared with that of control, reaction time prolonged significantly immediately and 1 day after +10 G z exposure ( P< 0.01); number of errors and time of errors increased significantly 6 hours after +10 G z exposure ( P< 0.01); time of stay in center grille prolonged significantly immediately, 6 hours and 2 days after +10 G z exposure ( P< 0.01); number of rearing and number of crossing decreased significantly immediately and 2 days after +10 G z exposure ( P< 0.01 ); number of rearing decreased significantly immediately and 2 days after +6 G z exposure ( P< 0.01 ). Conclusions It is suggested that +10 G z/3 min exposure may induce temporary disturbance of memory function and changes of behavior in rats.
