应用PPA—ELISA检测鸡血清中禽分枝杆菌抗体的研究

STUDIES ON TESTING AVIAN MYCOBACTERIUM ANTIBODY IN THE CHICKEN SERUM WITH PPA-ELISA

用禽型提纯结核菌素(PPD)作包被抗原,建立了PPA—ELISA检测鸡结核病血清抗体的程序。筛选最佳包被抗原浓度为25μg/ml,待检血清稀释度为1:40倍,兔抗鸡IgG血清稀释度为1:800倍。检测了30份结核病鸡血清和30份健康鸡血清。两者OD值分别为x0.345和x0.086,P/N值为4.0(P<0.01)。

The PPA-ELISA testing procedure of the chicken tuberculisis serum antibody was adeveloped using avian purified tuberculin (PPD) as the coating antigen. The optimum concentration of the coating antigen was 25ug/ml. The test sera were diluted 1 : 40. The rabbit antichicken IgG Sera were diluted 1 : 800. Thirty serum samples from the tuberculous chickens and thirty from the health were tested.The OD values of both werex 0.345 and x0.086 respectively. The P/N value was 4.0 (P<0.01)
