摘要
目的 :探讨维生素B6注射液与碳酸氢钠注射液的混合液用于右心声学造影的机制及应用价值。方法 :根据维生素B6的化学特性 ,比较维生素B6与碳酸氢钠反应前后溶液中维生素B6的性质与含量有无发生改变 ,研究产生气体的理化性质 ,得出方程式。通过体内和体外对比研究维生素B6+碳酸氢钠和维生素C +碳酸氢钠的造影效果。结果 :(1)维生素B6注射液的有效成份 (C8H11NO3 )在反应前后未发生改变 ,仅仅是其耦合的盐酸与碳酸氢钠起反应释放出二氧化碳 ;(2 )维生素B6+碳酸氢钠的产气量和造影效果明显优于维生素C +碳酸氢钠。结论 :维生素B6注射液和碳酸氢钠注射液的混合液是一种药源广、操作简便、造影效果好。
Objective: To assess the mechanism and clinical value of the mixture of vitaminum B 6 injection and sodium bicarbonate(NaHCO 3) injection as right heart contrast agent.Methods:The features of vitaminum B 6 were compared before and after the mixture of the drug with sodium bicarbonate,and the gas produced during the reaction was also identified in our research for the purpose of exploring the mechanism.Moreover,the amount of the gas produced and the intensity of two contrast agents(vitaminum B 6 + sodium bicarbonate and vitaminum C+sodium bicarbonate) were compared in vitro and in vivo.Results:(1)The key gradient of vitaminum B 6 injection(C 8H 11 NO 3) did not take part in the reaction, without its amount alteration before and after reaction. Conclusion: The mixture of vitaminum B 6 and sodium bicarbonate is a high quality contrast agent of right heart with little side reaction, which is worthy of wide spread in clinical application.
