摘要
以甲基乙烯基二氯硅烷直接水解缩合的方法合成了甲基乙烯基环硅氧烷,探讨了反应温度、水解方式及溶剂种类对乙烯基环硅氧烷产率及各乙烯基环硅氧烷组成的影响。比较了间接法与直接法合成的乙烯基环硅氧烷的组成。以乙醚为溶剂,5℃水解条件下以85 6%的产率合成了乙烯基环硅氧烷。用IR表征了直接法合成的乙烯基环硅氧烷。
Methylvinylcyclosiloxanes were directly synthesized by hydrolysis and condensation of methylvinyldichlorosilane.Effects of temperature,method of hydrolysis and type of solvent on the yield and selectivity of vinylcyclosiloxanes were studied.Compositions of vinylcyclosiloxanes synthesized by direct and indirect methods were compared.With ether as solvent hydrolyzed at 5 ℃,yield of vinylcyclosiloxanes can reach 86%.The synthesized vinylcyclosiloxanes were characterized by IR spectrum.
