摘要
探讨了丙烯酰胺的聚合引发体系,建立了一套在5~10℃条件下,由过硫酸钾、氨水、尿素、偶氮二(2 脒基丙烷)盐酸盐及功能性单体MP所构成的低温复合引发体系,应用该引发体系并添加甲酸钠和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯改善聚丙烯酰胺的水溶性,可使聚丙烯酰胺的实验室样品相对分子质量达到3300万以上,过滤因子小于1.3,工业产品的相对分子质量大于3100万,过滤因子小于1 5,综合性能等同或优于日本三菱公司生产的MO4000型聚丙烯酰胺。
Initiating system of the polymerization of acrylamide was studied and the low temperature (5-10 ℃) multi-initiating system composed of potassium persulfate,aqueous ammonia,urea,2,2′-azobis (2-amidinopropane) dihydrochloride and the functional monomer MP was established.By the use of sodium formate and Tween 20 in the multi-initiating system,the viscosity average molecular weight(M) of polyacrylamide reached 33 million and the filtrating factor was less than 1.3 in the laboratory.The result was led into industrial use and the M of the product was greater than 31 million with filtrating factor less than 1.5.Overall quality of the products are equal or better than that of their importing counterparts and are satisfactory for the polymer-flooding.
