毛冬青酸抗血栓实验研究及机制探讨

Effects of Ilexolic Acidon Thrombosis and Its Mechanism

目的 :研究毛冬青酸 (Ilexolicacid ,ILa)的抗血栓作用及其作用机制。方法 :测闭塞性血栓形成时间 (occlusivethrombusformationtime ,OT) ;称大鼠下腔静脉血栓湿重 ;测大鼠血浆凝血酶原时间 (PT)和部分凝血活酶时间 (KPTT) ;测大鼠血浆优球蛋白溶解时间 (ELT) ;ADP、胶原诱导家兔血小板聚集 ,测 5min血小板最大聚集率 (MPAR5M) ;放射免疫法测大鼠胸主动脉壁 6 酮 PGF1a和血小板内cAMP含量。结果 :ivILa 2 0、4 0、80mg/kg均可明显延长大鼠颈总动脉OT ,减轻大鼠下腔静脉血栓湿重 ,缩短ELT ,对PT和KPTT无影响 ;ivILa 2 5、5 0mg/kg均能明显抑制ADP、胶原诱导的血小板聚集 ;ivILa 2 0、4 0、80mg/kg,大鼠胸主动脉壁 6 酮 PGF1a含量均增加 ;ILa 3、6mg/mlPRP 37℃水浴 15min ,血小板内cAMP含量均增加。结论 :ILa具有抑制动。
