慢性盆腔炎中药治疗的疗效观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing of adopting Chinese herbal drugs in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:探讨中药治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效方法及护理。方法:按住院时间顺序将120例慢性盆腔炎患者分为观察组(80例)和对照组(40例),观察组采用系列中药协定方,采取口服、保留灌肠及腹部热敷3种给药途径;对照组采用抗生素静脉滴注,加超短波理疗。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:采用这一系列中药治疗慢性盆腔炎,并辅以有效的护理是一种理想的治疗方案。

Objective: To discuss the effective method of adopting Chinese herbal drugs in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and nursing. Method: According to the sequence of hospitalization, 120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into experimental group (80 patients) and control group (40 patients), The experimental group were treated with a series of Chinese herbal drugs by taking orally, relenting enema and abdominal stuping, while the control group were treated with antibiotic by intravenous injection and physiotherapy via ultrashort wave. Results: The experimental group obviously have got a better effect than the control group. Conclusion: The adoption of a series of Chinese herbal drugs with the assistance of effective nursing is an ideal method in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
