摘要
将纳米Al2 O3与Ni基自熔性合金F10 2的复合粉末用氧乙炔焰热喷焊工艺制备复合涂层 ,研究了纳米Al2 O3的加入量对组织和耐磨性的影响。结果表明 ,当纳米Al2 O3质量分数为 0 .2 5 %时 ,涂层的耐磨性最好 ,与 2 5 %WC复合涂层的耐磨性相当。
A composite coating is prepared by thermal spray using compound powder made of nano Al 2O 3 and Ni based self melted alloy powder. The effects of the proportion of nano Al 2O 3 on structure and wear resistance were studied. The results show that composite coating with 0.25% Al 2O 3 had the best abrasive resistance which was equal to that of the coating with 25% WC.
