摘要
结合水闸混凝土底板加固工程,进行水下不分散混凝土加固补强大面积水下混凝土结构的试验研究,采用现场浇筑大型模拟试件,进行底板裂缝模拟、加固补强材料及新老混凝土结合面性能等试验.结果表明,用聚合物混凝土嵌槽补缝、锚固增强新老混凝土结合面、水下不分散混凝土大面积补强的方案是可行的.
An experimental study was carried out to investigate a reinforcing technique for the large-size underwater concrete structure,such as the concrete soleplate of a water gate.The reinforcing technique involves using the non-dispersive underwater concrete as the strength-enhancing material,using the polymer concrete as embedding and filling materials,and anchoring the joint between the new and old concrete.The experimental program includes:(1)in situ moulding of large specimens for simulating the original structure and the cracking;(2)laboratory investigation on the property of the strength-enhancing materials,i.e.non-dispersive underwater concrete;and(3)laboratory studying on the performance of the binding face between the new and old concrete.The experimental results presented that the proposed reinforcing technique is effective and economic for reinforcing and strengthening of large-size underwater concrete structures.
