摘要
目的利用正交函数 偏最小二乘法消除干扰并对相关性特强的混合组分含量同时测定。方法提出一种由正交函数 (OF)与偏最小二乘法 (PLS)相结合的方法 ,并把它用于复方水杨酸酊Ⅱ号三组分的同时测定 ,并与偏最小二乘法所预测的结果进行比较。结果二者所测得的水杨酸、苯甲酸和利凡诺的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为 10 0 2 %、1 6 %、10 0 1%、0 37%、10 0 1%、0 96 %和 99 4 %、2 0 %、10 0 9%、1 2 %、99 8%、1 5 %。结论正交函数
Objective To eliminate interference and determine the multicomponents simultaneously, their collinearties were more serious by orthogonal function partial least squares (OF PLS) among the the multicomponents. Methods The method was applied to simultaneous determination of all the components in the compound salicylic acid tincture Ⅱ. At the same time, the method was compared with PLS. Results The average recovery and the relative standard deviation of salicylic acid, benzoic acid and rivanolum attained by OF PLS and by PLS were 100 2%, 1 6%;100 1%,0 37%;100 1%,0 96% and 99 4%, 2 0%;100 9%,1 2%;99 8%,1 5% respectively. Conclusions OF PLS is better than the PLS method.
