20世纪90年代社会民主主义复兴的原因及启示——以英国工党政策调整为例

The Reason and the Enlightement of the Renewal of Social Democracy ——A Case of the Adjustment of the British Labour Party

社会民主主义在20世纪90年代再度复兴,引起国内外学者的普遍关注。其复兴的主要原因是社会党对理论和政策的调整,其中英国工党具有典型性。在国际国内社会经济发生巨大变化的背景下,英国工党在三个方面进行了调整:从制度社会主义转向价值社会主义,从主张公有制变为主张混合经济,从"工人党"转向"人民党"。其调整淡化意识形态,扩大阶级基础,重视社会价值,对我们有一定的启示。

The social democracy is one of the most influential political thoughts in Europe.It became revived in 1990's and attracted much attention of the scholars at home and abroad.The main reason of the renewal of social democracy is that the social party adjusts its theories and policies.This article argues it with a case of the British Party.The article analyses the background and measures of the Labour Party's adjustment.What is more,it gives some criticism on the adjustment,finally,it inspires our party on its development.
