多胺改性双马来酰亚胺树脂的研究 被引量:8

摘要 双马来酰亚胺树脂(BMI)具有优良的耐热性、尺寸稳定性及单体合成方便、成本较低等优点,但单体熔点高,溶解性较差,固化物交联密度大,机械性能较差,限制了其应用。通过多胺对BMI的改性,使BMI树脂熔点降低,溶解性得到改善,加工成型容易,综合性能提高,在层压板、模压复合材料、工程塑料、粘接剂、粉体涂料等领域得到了广泛应用。多胺对BMI的改性可分为直接体系和间接体系两大类。讨论了两类改性体系的研究及应用。 Diamine or polyaminemodified BMI resin had lower meltpoint,better solubility and better process performance so it was widely useful for multilayered lamination,molding material,abrasive material,engineeting plastics,adhesive,sealing material,powder coating,etc.In this paper two polyaminemodified BMI resin systems,indirect system and direct system,and their application were discussed.
