The democratization of political life within the Party in power, noticeably characterized by the system of the national congress of the Party, the completion and perfection of the democratic supervisory system within the Party and the collective decision-making within the Party, is increasingly advancing and developing in pursuit. The democratization of political life within the Party is an important political base for the realisation of the permanent ruling of the CPC.
