The question of leisure lies in the basic questions of the logical structure centered on scientific socialism in the theoretical system of Marxism. Leisure life is an important factor to be considered when the governments of the countries with two different systems formulate economic and social strategies and policies for development in the world today, and it is also the main area and vast soil of the living styles of the residents and the changes in the realm of ideology in these countries. Thus, it must certainly be an essential issue to be concerned in the study of the socialist theories.
