探究自我效能感对考试焦虑的影响及其应对策略

摘要 过度的考试焦虑影响考生应试发挥,考试焦虑的成因有内部因素和外部因素,本文主要探讨学习者的学习动机和自我效能对考试焦虑产生的影响。文章认为,学习者在自我效能失衡的情况下,可能会产生自我期望过高、认知评价失当以及受以往经验影响严重的现象。本文认为,克服这种由自我效能感失衡带来的过度考试焦虑,需要学生树立良好的自我期望,健康的认知环境并进行理性的成败归因,同时还需要家长、教师以及教育部门的共同努力。
