挑战性——阻碍性压力源简述

摘要 有效管理员工压力并激励员工是企业管理者关心的重要问题。挑战性-阻碍性压力源分类框架指出压力亦有'好''坏'之分,工作压力源根据性质和效果分为挑战性压力源和阻碍性压力源。本文基于中外学者的相关文献,对挑战性-阻碍性压力源基本涵义、测量方法、影响结果及作用机制进行梳理,在此基础上,对未来研究方向进行了展望。
