文化多样性对团队绩效的影响研究

摘要 随着经济全球化的进程不断加深,跨文化团队合作越来越普遍。如何提高多元文化团队绩效的问题成为跨文化团队要解决的首要问题之一。本文讨论了文化多样性可能给团队绩效带来的影响,通过分析社会分类—信息加工和目标导向这两个研究理论,发现了有效促进多元文化团队绩效的途径。
