在精细化工厂室外架空管道支架的设计中 ,采用综合考虑管架的结构型式 ,采取冷紧措施有效地降低管道对固定管架的弹性力 ,通过增大管径解决小管道跨越道路的矛盾 ,通过两种办法实现管道坡度等设计要点及技巧 ,可简化施工 ,缩短工期 ,节约投资。经多年的实践证明 。
In designing the support of the outdoor sky piping in fine chemical plant, the selection of the structure of the support should be considered in full ways. The cold spring can be used to decrease the elastic force acting on the support by the piping and increasing the piping diameter can solve the problem that exists when small diameter piping is across the road. With these two ways, the construction is simplified, the time limit for the construction is shortened and investment is saved. It has been proved that the methods are effective.
