口内单侧纵切口隆颏术的临床应用

Clinic application of intra-oral unilateral vertical incision chin-augmentation

目的:阐明采用口内单侧纵切口隆颏术较其他术式的优点。方法:在唇龈沟一侧,3、4号牙之间作一长约1cm纵行切口,以此切口入路行假体隆颏术。结果:本组对40例患者进行假体隆颏术,术后随访6个月至2年,除2例女性患者术后感下唇麻木,分别与术后1周及术后40天恢复,其余手术效果均满意。结论:采用口内单侧纵切口隆颏术是目前矫正小颏畸形治疗效果较满意的手术方法。

Objective To interpret the forte of intra-oral unilateral vertical incision chin-augmentation comparing with other modus.Methods A 1.0cm longitudinal incision in the side of the labiogingival groove between the 3th and 4th tooth was made for chin augmentation.Results 40 cases of patients were in progress of chin augmentation.Followed up for six months to two years,two female patients were bothered with the lower lip anaesthesia after the surgery,the phenomenon disappeared one week and forty days later respectively,the others were all satisfied with the effects.Conclusion For microgenic deformities,the application of the forte of intra-oral unilateral vertical incision is simple,less injury,and worthy of clinical application.
