针吸细胞病理学对乳腺疾病早期诊断研究应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺针吸细胞病理学对乳腺疾病早期诊断应用价值。方法:用小针头注射器,对乳腺肿大或肿块及乳头溢液1324例患者进行定位针吸细胞病理学诊断及分型诊断,必要时在超声引导下进行穿刺,并与病理组织学、CT、超声、钼靶、DNA、微核、结核抗体、CA153肿瘤标志物等对照。结果:乳腺针吸细胞病理学不仅对乳腺疾病诊断有重要适用价值,而且对乳腺癌早期诊断及分型诊断有重要价值,特别鉴别乳腺增生及乳腺纤维腺瘤有否癌变有重要指导意义。穿刺成功率高达100%,早期诊断率16.9%,总诊断准确率高达98.6%。结论:乳腺针吸细胞病理学具有创伤小、简单快速、安全可靠、经济实用、结果准确等优点,各项技术指标明显高于传统诊断方法。
