自制分叉克氏针微创固定治疗外踝撕脱性骨折

Application of Self-made multi-forked kirscher's wire in the treatment of lateral malleolus fractures

目的:探讨应用自制分叉克氏针固定治疗外踝撕脱性骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法:2005年3月至2011年10月,我们采用微创方法,应用自制分叉克氏针固定治疗外踝撕脱性骨折23例,术后第2天、1个月、3个月、6个月摄X线片检查及观察踝关节功能情况。结果:所有病例均获得随访1.5～28个月(平均5.4个月),切口均一期愈合,无创伤性关节炎,骨折愈合时间10～24周(平均8周)。按苟三怀提出标准评定:优16例,良6例,可1例,优良率95.6%,优16例,良6例,可1例,优良率95.6%。结论:自制分叉克氏针微创固定治疗外踝撕脱性骨折,固定可靠、创伤小、并发症少、费用低,可做为治疗外踝撕脱性骨折的一种有效治疗方法。

Objective To study the application and clinical efficacy of Self-made multi-forked kirscher's wire to lateral malleolus fractures.Methods Twenty-three patients with lateral malleolus fractures were treated with self-made multi-forked kirscher's wire by open reduction from Mar 2005 to Oct 2011.Autogenous iliac bone was used if the distance between the comm inuted bones was longer than 5 mm.Results The average follow up time was 5.4 months.All the patients achieved osseous union with an average of 8 weeks,and restored good joint function.Conclusion Self-made multi-forked kirscher's wire is an effective surgical approach to lateral malleolus fractures.
