5种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在肝癌诊断中的应用研究

5 kinds of serum tumor markers combined detection in diagnosis of liver cancer research

目的:探讨5种血清肿瘤标志物(TM)联合检测在临床肝癌诊断中的价值。方法:选择200例肝癌患者为研究组,150例肝炎和150例肝硬化患者为良性肝病组及150例健康人为对照组,各组同步检测AFP、CEA、CA199(采用ELISA法),AFU、TSGF(用生化定量分析法)。结果:肝癌组的5种TM血清检测水平较良性肝病组和对照组均有明显升高,P<0.01,均有非常显著性差异。结论:5种TM联合检测能显著提高肝癌的临床阳性检出率,有利于临床医师进行有效及时的诊断,利于及时治疗,具有很好的互补诊断和临床应用价值。

Objective To study the 5 kinds of serum tumor markers(TM) joint detection in the clinical value in the diagnosis of hepatic cancer.Methods A total of 200 patients with liver cancer patients group,150 cases of hepatitis and 150 cases of patients with cirrhosis benign liver disease group and 150 cases of healthy persons control group,each group synchronous detection AFP,CEA,CA199(using ELISA method),AFU,TSGF(with biochemical quantitative analysis).Results The liver cancer group of 5 kinds of TM serum detection level is relatively benign liver disease group and control group were significantly increased,P < 0.01,all have very significant difference.Conclusion 5 kinds of TM joint detection can remarkably improve the liver cancer clinical positive detection rate,be helpful for clinical doctors to perform effective timely diagnosis,beneficial to the timely treatment,has the very good complementary diagnosis and clinical application value.
