背景音乐在老年慢性肾功能不全患者结肠透析过程中的应用效果

The background music in the elderly patients with chronic renal insufficiency in the process of application effect of colon dialysis

目的:探讨背景音乐在结肠透析过程中的应用效果。方法:将60例老年结肠透析患者随机分为实验组与对照组各30例,对照组接受常规结肠透析治疗及护理,实验组在此基础上应用背景音乐,记录两组患者透析药物保留时间及患者主观感受和不良反应(腹胀、腹痛、肛门疼痛、肛门坠迫感)。结果:与对照组相比,实验组腹胀、腹痛、肛门疼痛、肛门坠迫感较轻(P<0.01),药物保留时间也明显延长(P<0.01)。结论:结肠透析过程中应用背景音乐可改善结肠透析过程中患者的主观感受,减少不良反应,提高透析效果。

Objective To evaluation the efficacy of background music in colon dialysis of aging with chronic renal failure.Methods Sixty elderly cases with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into experiment and control groups.Patients in the experiment group enjoyed the background music during courses of treatment.Patients in the control group just received routine care.Retention time of drugs,abdominal distention and pain,anal pain,anus bleated were observed.Results Compared with the control group,abdominal distention and pain,anal pain,anus bleated were milder(P < 0.01),Retention time of drugs was longer(P < 0.01).Conclusion Using background music in colon dialysis can alleviate symptoms and improve the effect of colon dialysis.
