Psychological analysis of children patients with oral diseases

目的:通过对不同年龄儿童的心理分析来探讨了解儿童心理在口腔治疗中的重要性。方法:将756名儿童口腔患者按年龄分为4组来分析不同年龄儿童在治疗中的合作程度和治疗方法。结果:随着年龄的增长解释、劝说的效果越好。做统计推断,可以认为各年龄组的合作程度差别有显著差异。结论:不同年龄的儿童心理不同,在治疗时了解儿童心理以及家长的心理特点,取得他们的信任以达到顺利进行治疗,减少医患矛盾的目的。

Purpose Though the psychological analysis of different ages children to know the importance of children's psychology in the oral treatment.Method The 756 children patients with oral cavity are divided into 4 different groups by age to analyze the cooperation level and treatment methods of children at different ages during the course of treatment.Results The effect of explanation and persuasion increases with age.According to the statistics,we consider that there has significant difference of every age group's cooperation level.Conclusion Different age Children have different psychology.In order to achieve the purpose of undergoing the treatment successfully and reduce the contradiction between doctors and patients,it is necessary for us to know the psychological characteristics of children and their parents very well.
