数字断层摄影技术(DTS)在肺内结节检出中的应用价值探讨

摘要 目的:探讨X线数字断层融合技术(Digital Tomosynthesis,DTS)在肺内结节检查中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院32例肺内结节患者的临床及影像资料,均行DR、数字化断层融合技术(Digitaltomosymthesis,DTS)及胸部CT检查。结果:32例肺结节患者中,CT共显示肺结节45个,结节大小为2.5mm-18.6mm,平均14.3mm。DR发现结节23个,DTS发现结节43个,对两者之间发现率采用配对X2检验,P<0.01,有显著统计学意义。结论:X线数字断层融合技术对肺内结节检出具有准确率较高、价格低廉、图像成像清晰等优势,且较CT检查辐射量低,值得推广应用。
