医疗事故争议尸检133例分析

目的:查找死者生前各脏器病变特点,分析其死亡原因。方法:回顾性分析2001年1月-2011年12月尸体解剖中涉及医疗争议病例133例的病史资料、尸解病理特症。结果:133例尸体解剖大多数有不同程度的脑、心脏、肺、肠道、肝脏、子宫、外伤等病变,最终导致患者呼吸循环衰竭死亡。结论:133例死亡病例中,122例在治疗、手术过程中,除少部分有不同程度的诊断、治疗外失误,大多数为患者本身病变严重,导致抢救无效死亡,11例没有找到患者死亡原因。

Objective To find the deceased organ lesion characteristics,analysis of its causes of death.Methods A retrospective analysis of 2001 January-2011 year in December autopsies involved in medical dispute cases in 133 cases of medical records,autopsy pathological characteristics in.Results 133 cases of autopsy has different degrees of brain,heart,lung,liver,intestine,uterus,Trauma and pathological changes,eventually lead to death in patients with respiratory failure.Conclusion 133 deaths,122 cases in the treatment,operation process,except a few have different degrees of diagnosis and treatment of external error,most for the patient itself lesions serious,lead to rescue invalid death,11 cases were found no cause of death in patients with.
