负压封闭引流术在烧伤整形中的临床应用价值

目的:探讨分析负压封闭引流术在烧伤整形专业中的临床应用价值。方法:选择2011年4月～2012年6月于我院烧伤整形科接受创面修复治疗的患者94例,给予负压封闭引流术治疗,然后对患者的治疗结果进行分析。结果:94例患者手术均顺利完成,无死亡病例出现;患者创面的愈合时间为8～35天,平均(15.2±4.1)天;抗生素的应用率13.8%;院内交叉感染率5.3%;住院时间为25～46天,平均(32.5±5.3)天;创面肉芽组织生长良好,修复后皮肤表面平整。结论:负压封闭引流术在烧伤整形专业的创面治疗中效果显著,能够加快创面愈合、缩短住院时间从而较少医疗费用、减轻患者疼痛、改善预后,具有极高的临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the analysis of closed negative pressure drainage in burn and plastic surgery in the clinical value.Method In 2011 April ～2012 year in June the method choice in my courtyard department of burn and plastic surgery underwent wound repair in treatment of patients with 94 cases,given the negative pressure closed drainage in the treatment of patients with treatment,and then the results were analyzed.Results 94 cases of patients with operation were successful,no deaths;patients with wound healing time was 8～35d,the average(15.2 ±4.1) d;antibiotic application at the rate of 13.8%;nosocomial infection rate was 5.3%;hospitalization time was 25～46d,the average(32.5 ±5.3) d;wound granulation tissue growth is good,after repair skin surface roughness.Conclusion The closed negative pressure drainage in burn and plastic wound treatment effect is remarkable,can accelerate wound healing,shorten the hospitalization time and less medical expenses,relieve pain,improve prognosis,with high clinical value.
